Harmony Initiative Ethiopia (HIE) is a Women-Led Ethiopian Residents Charity Organization dedicated to empowering communities through sustainable development initiatives.
Harmony Initiative Ethiopia (HIE) is registered under the South Ethiopia Region, Bureau of Justice Proclamation No. 1113/2019, with certificate number 029/18.
HIE is established by voluntary technical professionals who have come together to establish a local Charity Non-profit Organization that works on integrated social welfare and development Programs with particular focus on youth, women, children, PWDs and other disadvantaged community groups.
Our approach combines local expertise with international best practices to create sustainable solutions that address the root causes of poverty and inequality in Ethiopia.
The overall Purpose of the Harmony Initiative Ethiopia (HIE) is to realize the improvement in the lives of impoverished youth, women, children, PWDs and marginalized Communities by helping them to develop resources for their livelihood and social righteousness.
